Springbak is dedicated to giving you the customer the safest and most reliable online shopping experience available. Springbak values the privacy of its customers and their personal information. Our entire staff is committed to serving its customers with honesty, respect, and integrity through out all our business practices. Highlighted below are the steps we have take to ensure that any personally identifiable information that Springbak may obtain from its customers will remain a safe, secure, and private:- Credit Card Security: Orders placed with Springbak are encrypted, using HTTPS and SSL Technology. Information sent via the Internet is encrypted to protect access to communications and transactions. We want you to feel complete consumer confidence.
- Once you purchase is cleared: Springbak erases all of your credit information prior to shipment, which has been a company policy since the year 2000.
- No Sharing of Personally Identifiable Information: Springbak only utilizes the personal information it obtains in the process of conducting business, and ONLY for the purpose of transacting business. Only personal information, like your physical address is shared with the necessary third parties (UPS, Visa, Mc. Etc) in order to charge, ship, track orders, or confirm delivery.
- No Mail List Rentals, or Informational Exchange: Springbak does not rent, sell, or exchange lists of its customers' email addresses or mailing addresses with other organizations at all. For people who make purchases, E-mail addresses are collected and used to notify customers about Package Tracking, Order Status, & Delivery. If you choose you may join our Specials Email List, which goes out each week with news, site improvements, and upcoming events. We do not give out or sell your personal data.
- Company / Customer Communications: Springbak will only contact a customer in the event that an order is having problems, and with information about that order and achieving its timely completion. Springbak will not cold call, conducts telemarketing, or email Spam to our customers under any conditions.
- Email Communication (Optional): Springbak offers an opt in monthly e-mailer as a supplemental news and sales promotions to any of the customers that are interested in being updated on new product, hot sales, and promotions that we are offering only to enlisted customers. You will also be eligible for promotional product updates (free stuff). If you do not wish to receive these mailings, you may simply let us know by un-subscribing from the mailer through the link in the mailer, the link on the front page, sending an E-mail, or calling Springbak @ 1-801-373-1434.
- Shipping: Orders will ship one day after your order is receive and billing is approved. Approved orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship the next day; approved orders placed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship on Monday. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Returns / Refunds: You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please indicate the reason for the return (not required; we say no questions asked). You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid your order by credit card, a credit will appear on your statement.
